Terms of Service — CourtPage™ Volleyball

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of CourtPage™ Volleyball (the "App"), provided by CourtPage Sports LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The App is intended for use by coaches and team staff who are adults, not by student athletes directly. By using the App, you represent that you are using it in a coaching or team-staff capacity and are legally authorized to enter and manage the information you choose to record about your team.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own coaching purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (which also applies to any App downloaded from the App Store).

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — charting, reviewing, and organizing your own team's volleyball match data — and not to use it to record or store information you are not authorized to collect, or in any way that violates your school's, club's, or athletic program's policies.

Subscriptions

CourtPage offers an optional paid subscription, CourtPage Base, which unlocks the App’s full feature set. CourtPage Base is available in four billing options — monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual — at the prices shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Current pricing is always shown on the in-app purchase screen and in your App Store listing before you buy; prices are subject to change, and we will provide notice as required by Apple’s guidelines before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Where offered, a free trial (currently 14 days, available on the monthly plan) lets you use the subscription before being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price you selected unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can review, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s Settings app, under your Apple ID, in the Subscriptions section — CourtPage has no ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf, and there is no separate cancellation process within the App itself.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, not by CourtPage Sports LLC directly, and are subject to Apple’s own Media Services Terms and Conditions and refund policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple, not CourtPage; we are not able to issue refunds ourselves and have no visibility into or control over Apple’s refund decisions.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund any portion of the current billing period already paid for; access to CourtPage Base features continues through the end of the period you already paid for. As described under “Your data,” all match data you’ve charted remains on your own device and stored locally regardless of subscription status — losing access to paid features does not delete or lock your previously charted data.

Your data

Match data you chart using the App belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over any statistics, notes, or data you create using the App. Because the App stores everything locally on your device with no server-side copy, you are solely responsible for backing up your data using the App's built-in Export/Backup feature — we have no ability to recover data that is lost, and we strongly encourage exporting a backup regularly, especially before any App update.

Trademarks

"CourtPage™" and associated logos are trademarks of CourtPage Sports LLC (trademark registration pending). Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks except as necessary to use the App itself.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtPage Sports LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of charted match data — you are strongly encouraged to use the App's built-in Export/Backup feature regularly. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App (or applicable subscription) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CourtPage Sports LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party (including any school, athletic program, or individual whose information you enter into the App).

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time; because all data lives on your own device, uninstalling does not depend on any action from us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
